STEP 1 : Initial contact
Check out the " Which look do you prefer? " section to see product examples. Once you have an idea in mind, fill out the Quote Request form .

STEP 2 : Planning your toy
We will contact you to discuss your project with you.

STEP 3 : Validation
Following this discussion, a price quote will be sent to you. If you approve it, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required.

STEP 4 : Follow-up
Photographs and videos of your finished toy will be sent to you during the creation process to ensure that the project is going in the direction you want.

STEP 5 : Delivery
When the product is ready to ship, you will be asked for the remaining balance. Upon receipt of payment, your product will be shipped via standard delivery, unless you request otherwise.
